We operate out of Midrand, South Africa and are continuously upgrading our 6000m 2 facility in line with GMP and Pharmaceutical standards. We are in the process of converting another 350m 2 to make space for new additional tablet presses, a new film coating pan and encapsulators.
We source only the best raw materials and our team works closely to ensure that new products are developed according to the customer’s exact requirements and that existing products are continually improved upon. We ensure efficient manufacturing methods resulting in product stability, accurate label claims, market acceptance and safety.

As Peppina continues to grow, we continue to expand our space to make room for new machinery and add new capabilities to our repertoire. Current upgrades to our facility include:
• A new high speed double rotary tablet press
• Vacuum powder transfer systems for the 3 tablet presses
• Upgrades to 3 Packing lines to high speed counters and automatic in-line capping machines
• A new high capacity film coating pan
We have also investing in a new powder blending and packing facility for the sports supplement industry, due for completion in September 2021.
